Well, as you know the PX5D is created for both guitar and bass. It has effects for both on it. It's perfect in the gigging enviroment, but you HAVE to get all your settings right before you gig. When you are at band practise, spend time getting the sound right, so it doesn't distort, or do other weird audio things. I'd personally recommend you get a bass amp and a guitar amp, because they are built to suit each instruments frequency. Bass can be too low for guitar amps, and easily blow them if it's too loud.

I was hoping you could help solve a doubt in regard to the Px5d:
Im gonna start playing guitar in one band, and bass in another one. Instead of buying two amps, I was thinking of just using the pandora.
I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to do this, and if the sound would be good enough.
I use my px5d to play at home,and it sounds great, but Im not sure if it'll be good enough to play live.

I also have The Korg Pandora PX5D, a great little tool even though it looks like a Walkman i had in the early 90’s.
