hi im just starting playing the bass and i cant seem to make them quick :l do you have any tips ?

My advice would be to persevere, Jessica. The speed DOES come, it just takes time and patience.
Also, do my hand and tendon exercises. They will help strenghthen the tendons which will quicken your playing.

Could you do a tutorial on other beatles songs? such as twist and shout, lucy in the sky with diamonds, and HELP! please i beg of you.
