Hi,
take a look at your thumb, when you play the E (on D-String). It brings no benefit, on the contrary, it slows down the playing.

Hanging the thumb is a bad thing to do. I do it a lot in tutorial vids (but not when I’m actually in a band).
I have no idea why this happens, but it’s a bad thing to do.
