Sorry about late reply, Sergio. Been tucked up in bed with a cold, lol!

Ok, I get a tiny tiny amount of comission for people buying these. Like, 0.01 or something. My advice to you would be check your local sports store, rather than buy off amazon. If they don't have them, they'll be able to get them in at no extra cost.

Take it easy with these. The idea isn't to build up muscle, but to slowly strengthen your tendons.

Kris - do you get any commission on these ? For what they cost, looks a good deal (better than a powerball anyway, which normally kills my forearms so much I can't roll a ciggy for 20 mins after..), but Amazon.com will charge more for postage than the product. If you aren't getting any commission, will grab some from amazon.co.uk

I bought this product a year ago and I've gotta say it works wonders! Plus there are even stronger versions than the medium tension model which gives you 7 lbs. of resistance per finger. There is a black model which provides 9 lbs. per finger, and a gray one that is recommended for those who already have strong fingers which gives a startling 11 lbs. per finger! But here is something I found more interesting:

Rough Rider Callus Caps

That's right, callus caps, they snap right on to your grip master and help build up your calluses. I thought mine were pretty tough, but damn did these things hurt at first. Plus at just $6 you really can't go wrong.

cheers,
John
