I tuned that 5 string (it had four string on it) to E-A-D-G, because I wanted the “gap” where the other string was taken to do large string bends into. I was experimentng at the time with drone stuff. Normally, i’ll have the B at the top as usual, though.

Man,, I know your a Greatttt teacher! ive learned alot from you allready!!! but Im Have the Hardest time ever with the Slaping and Poping thing Could u please help me out?? i need like a step by step instructions..Like basical hold my hannd as you go along if u no what i mean? Ive spent Countless hour trying to learn this but i get confused…Like when i slap i hit more than one string and yea….
Will you please help me out? im really serious about music

No problem man, im glad they are helping!
The A is always harder to slap, because it sits right between the E and the D, so you have to be more precise.
It really is just a case of practising hitting it as much as possible. Start slow, and make sure you’re getting it on target.
Then slowly speed up until you hit another string. When you do, go back and start slow again, and build the speed up again.
Keep on doing this, until you can do it for longer periods of time.
