Just practice as much as you can, and focus on getting that hand quicker. Do the major scale, and keep trying to increase the speed. But, don't move to fast. Start really slow....REALLY slow, and build up speed. Eventually, it'll get quicker. Tell me how it goes :) Yea, it comes with time.
